Return Policy
2. If your return is accepted, an invoice for return shipping will be sent to you via e-mail. This invoice will need to be paid before a return label will be generated.
3. Once the return label has been received, the customer agrees to properly send the item back to Bayside Customs with the ORIGINAL shipping invoice.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ASSESSED FOR REPRODUCTION WITHOUT AN INVOICE.
4. Bayside Customs will assess the item and decide how to proceed with the production of a new item.
5. If a customer does not want a new item, a shop credit will be issued in the form of a gift card for all accepted items (excluding taxes and fees).
